Sweet people. Clean. Great location. Positive: If you're headed to Lime Rock Park, its perfect. Negative: The beds and bedding need an upgrade. Shower drips constantly. No iron and ironing board. Just really basic.

Went to Miatacon 2023 at Lime Rock. Minutes away from the track. Excellent communication with hosts, and will definitely stay again.
